Jama Pantel:

Have you ever felt like you're showing up, doing the work, holding it all together, and still somehow no one really sees you? Yeah, me too. We've all been there. Hey y'all, welcome back to Living the Whole Picture, the podcast for ambitious women ready to elevate their visibility, build authentic confidence and become the face of their brand. I'm your host, Jama Pantel, a luxury portrait photographer, author, educator, influencer and dream chaser. Here to help you master your brand presence and show up authentically with confidence. Each week, we'll dive into topics to help you shine in business and in life, so you can stop hesitating and start showing up like the leader you were meant to be. If you've ever struggled with confidence on camera or hesitated to put yourself out there, this podcast is for you. Let's get started on living the whole picture together. Hey y'all, it's me, Jama, your podcast bestie, showing up short, sweet, honest and with heart once again.

Jama Pantel:

This past month, as you know, or last month now, because I think we're in May, I don't know. Anyways, it knocked me sideways. I've been dealing with some medical stuff, as I mentioned last time, behind the scenes and while I keep trying to push forward, truthfully, I felt invisible because I felt alone, dealing with everything. I wasn't creating as much, I wasn't posting as often and honestly, I didn't have the energy to try, and the silence and response made that feeling even worse. But I realized something. Sometimes we feel invisible not because we're not showing up, but because we're just in a season where being present looks quieter, softer, internal. So we've got to reframe that. You're not invisible, you're healing, you're not behind, you're rebuilding and resting, and your presence doesn't need to be loud to be visible. I love that tip because I don't like being loud. I'm very much an observer by nature. So here's my encouragement for you this week. If you're in a season where you're not getting the feedback, recognition or momentum you hope for, I want you to hear this: your value is not tied to your visibility.

Jama Pantel:

I know I preach about visibility and staying consistent, but that has nothing to do with your value and your worth. You don't have to be on all the time to matter. You really don't, and the people who need your light they'll still feel it, even when you feel like it's dim for the time being. So if you're in that place right now, feeling like no one sees you, I want you to know this: I see you, I get it, you're not alone, and when you're ready to come out of that quiet space, even just a little, I'll be here to cheer you on. Thanks again for being here, and I'm going to link way more in the show notes going forward, because I have so many great offers for you guys that I've prepared and I don't really talk about them all that much. So look in the show notes if you want any resources. Until next time y'all, have a good one.
